Prior to working with MKT, EPS managed its two primary brands—Mod-Fence, a leader in event fencing, and FloorEXP, specializing in event flooring—separately. This siloed approach limited the company’s ability to leverage the combined strengths of both brands and reach a broader market with the ability to fold in new brands in the future.
