How It Began
Within the bioanalytics industry, clinical trial labs consult a database known as Thermo Watson in order to complete their mandatory lab writing reports. For decades, this process has been grueling and inefficient. LabIntegrity has developed the StudyDoc solution to completely revolutionize how lab report writing is conducted. With processes in place for decades, the challenge facing LabIntegrity was letting people know that a better option now exists.

The MKT Approach
Understanding Goals
LabIntegrity had been operating on a legacy website that was outdated and could not tell the entire story about how much value they bring to customers. As a startup in the life sciences field, there is a need to ensure that you stand out in a crowded space. With long term goals of a sustainable sales process in mind, LabIntegrity’s goals are to share their brand’s mission, define a sales strategy, and disseminate content to their potential customer base.
Website Development
The original LabIntegrity website was always considered to be a placeholder. The emphasis from stage one was always on the programming aspect of the StudyDoc solution ensuring the best product possible. However, in today’s digital world, a website is your digital handshake and often first impression of a company. MKT completely overhauled and designed a brand new fully optimized website for LabIntegrity.
CRM Implementation
In pursuit of a sustainable sales strategy, LabIntegrity needed a solution to help organize new prospects, reach existing customers, and more. With this goal in mind, MKT completely implemented HubSpot CRM to help the day to day business processes of LabIntegrity become more streamlined. Fully integrating to the website, HubSpot now works in tandem with the optimized contact forms across LabIntegrity’s new site.
Content Creation
The StudyDoc solution is a revolutionary take on legacy lab report writing procedures. Our mission was to create easily accessible and digestible content demonstrating the value provided to labs who use StudyDoc. This content creation includes Infographics, Social Media Posts, Software Animations, Resource Sheets and more.
The MKT Action Plan
The marketing action plan we developed for LabIntegrity started with a collaborative effort to see which keywords are being searched most often amongst lab report writers. That research paired with the best practices for life science websites help us achieve the build of a new and comprehensive site for the brand. Once the site was built, we proceeded to completely integrate HubSpot with the website’s functionality. HubSpot will now serve as the central core to all of LabIntegrity’s sales and marketing initiatives. Now ongoing, the current marketing plans include creating additional content to educate the customer base about the StudyDoc solution.
